AXA is a French multinational insurance firm headquartered in the 8th arrondissement of Paris that engages in global insurance, investment management, and other financial services. Locally, AXA has had a presence in Indonesia since 1988 and has grown to be one of the nation’s leading insurance and financial services companies.
In order to encourage its employees to achieve the targeted business Key Performance Indicator as well as increasing their participation in company programs, AXA teamed up with SKOR to build an engagement program that rewards AXA’s employees with a plethora of relevant rewards. The SKOR App Platform has proven to be flexible in adapting to different company objectives and engagement metrics. The goal was to build an engagement program and try to understand the preference of the users in order to complete a comprehensive profiling and to personalize the rewards for each user.
The results of AXA’s collaboration with SKOR is profound and impactful, with events participation increasing to 30%, daily steps averaging 3.500 per day and a rewards redemption rate of 98%, with 2% of the proceeds donated to the Autism Foundation of Indonesia.
